The Lamborghini Centenario Roadster: A Limited Edition Masterpiece

The Lamborghini Centenario is a limited edition car produced by Lamborghini in 2016 to celebrate the centenary of founder Ferruccio Lamborghini’s birth. There were 40 models total, divided into 20 Coupés and 20 Roadsters.

The Centenario is also the first Lamborghini vehicle to include rear-wheel steering and three exhausts.

A 6.5-liter V12 gasoline engine with naturally aspirated combustion produces 507 lb-ft of maximum torque and 770 horsepower in the Lamborghini Centenario. On a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, the engine is fixed.

The V12 engine produces 770 hp and has a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of just 2.9 seconds. It also has a 101-foot (31-meter) braking distance from 62-0 mph (100-0 km/h).

The Lamborghini Centenario was created to commemorate Ferruccio Lamborghini's birth's 100th birthday. The 2016 Geneva Motor Show was where it made its debut. The Aventador served as the model for the Centenario.

There were 40 Lamborghini Centenario models total, divided into 20 Coupés and 20 Roadsters. The Lamborghini Centenario was priced between $9.2 million and $10 million.

The body and monocoque of the model are made of carbon fiber. The Centenario has a distinctive design with futuristic-looking aerodynamic lines. It sports a big rear diffuser and a low front splitter. The car also features a sizable rear wing that has three adjustable configurations.
