Porsche’s 918 Spyder is a hybrid hypercar with a 4.6-liter race V8 engine and two electric motors. It has a maximum output of 887 hp and 944 lb-ft of torque. The two electric motors contribute an additional 279 hp and 546 lb-ft of torque to the engine’s 608 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque.
The 918 Spyder debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2010 as a concept car. On September 18, 2013, production got under way, and it was completed in June 2015. By December 2014, all 918 Spyder units had been sold. The vehicle was a favorite among enthusiasts and collectors. Only 4 of the 918 Spyders manufactured in this particular color, which is known as acid green.
